AAXA Technologies is excited to announce the release of our P300 Pico projector - the world's brightest battery-powered HD pocket projector. The new P300 features a revolutionary new compact optical engine capable of delivering 300 peak lumens at a high-definition (HD) resolution of 1280x800. Powered by Texas Instruments' DLP Technology the AAXA P300 employs Vibrant Color LED technology that delivers dazzling color quality with an operating life of more than 15,000 hours and is capable of generating a viewing experience of up to 120"*
The P300 is a true "pocket projector" at less than 5.9" long, 3.9" wide, and 1.6" tall, it is both compact and energy efficient - consuming less than 25W when plugged in. Additional features include adjustable tripod, 1280x800 VGA input support, 1280x800 HDMI support, Micro SD Card slot, USB port, composite video input, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
The P300 is designed as an all-in-one mobile presentation platform. At its core is a robust ARM processor capable of internal high resolution 720p video, picture, and picture slide-show play-back. Coupled with the P300's dual 1-watt speakers and internal 75 minute lithium ion battery* the P300 can serve double-duty as both a powerful projector and as a standalone multimedia system enabling the user to project digital content directly from the projector or from a mobile phone. Connectivity is further enhanced with a VGA adapter, Composite video input, and a high-resolution digital HDMI connection that can accept resolutions up to 1080P.
High Definition WXGA Resolution
The P300 features highest-in-class resolution at WXGA (1280x800), otherwise known as "High Definition" and is the base resolution for blu-ray DVDs. Unlike competitors that claim high resolution through digital scaling, the P300's native resolution is 1280x800 pixels and is capable of scaling resolutions up to 1080P.

I am bugged whenever I see great products get dinged for the wrong reason. There is no doubt that the P300 gets off the chart rave reviews. I love mine! Product reviews are just that....reviews of the product. Readers often scan the reviews and assume that a low review is meant for the product. I feel for anyone who buys from a lousy seller but hey....issue a lousy seller review. The seller mentioned in the 1-star review has almost a 10% negative rating this past year. That means one in ten had a lousy experience and what buyer wants those odds when you can get the same deal from a 5-star seller?

So for maybe a few bucks of savings the buyer tosses the dice with a 10% negative seller. No surprise when things go sour.

As for Aaxa' packing...the company does not want to kill a $400 projector for lousy packing. I'd say some sloppy employee who maybe had a few with lunch is more likely to blame then Aaxa.

So a product review that starts with...This is not so much a negative review of the ...projector... and then ends with... I am happy with the P300 should NEVER be issued as a 1-Star awful PRODUCT REVIEW.

First of all this is not so much a negative review of the product as it is with the seller and aaxa support.When i first purchased this item from paradigmadeco they had it listed as in stock saying it will ship within 2 to 3 days.When almost a week had passed,i contacted the seller and asked when my item would be shipped.I was informed that they did not have it in stock and that aaxa was shipping more to them in a couple days.Right there i was infuriated that they would have this listed as in stock only to be told it was not.When i asked why this was and i didn't receive an answer but was only told that it would be shipped in 2 days.When almost a week after the estimated delivery date had passed and it still wasn't shipped i contacted the seller again i was told that because of the thanksgiving holiday it would not be shipped till Monday of the following week.I always thought that since it falls on a Thursday it is a 1 day holiday.Monday came and went and still it wasn't shipped.When i finally had enough of this blatant deceitfulness and was going to request a refund,I was told it was shipped.1 week later i finally received it.After 3 days of using my new p300 i discovered the av port was not working.I contacted the seller and was told i had to take it up with aaxatech.I contacted them and was told there would be no problem seeing it was under warranty and that i would have to pay shipping costs to send it back for another.Not only did i have to pay the shipping but also had to pay for shipping insurance (One of aaxas stipulations)After 3 weeks of them receiving it and numerous phone calls to see when they were shipping it back it was shipped to the wrong address.I'm not going to get into what i had to go through to finally get it but when i did i could not believe how it was packed.It was put into a box with one piece of crumpled up paper on the bottom.The projector was literally rattling inside of the box.When i shipped it to aaxa i had to follow there strict shipping guidelines saying that if it wasn't packed tightly it would be refused yet they shipped it back to me in this haphazard manner.I'm very surprised that it was functional when i received it.All said,I am happy with this projector.but i will never do business with this seller again nor recommend either her or aaxa to anyone.
