Works great. Beautiful picture. Show videos straight from USB. Play YouTube from your iPhone or computer. Be aware that apple will restrict you from showing iTunes videos that you've purchased. Might be a way to authorize that, I haven't bothered.

If you hope to be able to hear video as well as see it, move on to another product because this one has very limited audio. The sound is very tinny and you have to put the ipad close to your ear or use headphones. otherwise a very cute projector.

If you are travelling a lot or If you are amazingly mobile and for your presentations if you need something with quality and connection options this is what you are looking for. even you can plug your usb and play

I've had this for a week and a half and I am very happy with it. I use it to project a 110" screen on my living room wall. I use it to cruise the web, watch movies, and use it as a dedicated monitor for MS Office. Yes, you do have to control the lighting some (but not a lot) - it is after all a projector and they come with their own little nuances. I just move it closer in daylight hours for a smaller (70") brighter screen. At night with plenty of ambient lighting on I can get as huge a picture as I like and it is awesome - gets compliments from visitors.

On normal mode the fan noise is not noticeable. On eco mode it becomes noticeable but nothing bad. I leave this on normal mode. I give this 5 stars. If I run into problems I will return and update this post.

We are using this for sales presentations and board meetings.
Excellent picture quality, small, light weight and just the right amount of lumens to work in spatially lit room.
When I download my presentations or movies onto a flash drive, all I have to carry is the projector and thumb drive to my meetings.
Couldn't be happier with this product.

I may have expected too much from this device, but found that the only way to get an acceptable picture was to have a completely dark room. The sound quality isn't great either. We rarely use this.

I've had this projector for about 7 months now and love it. I was worried about the mini hdmi at first but turns out this is a non issue as it comes with the mini to regular size hdmi cord. I have it hooked up full time to a Sony PS3 and project about an 80 inch screen size. Bluray movies look awesome, games are amazing. This looks every bit as good as a normal lamp projector without the worries of lamp life and in HD. The LEDs make the image very intense and saturated which I think adds to the overall brightness of the image. You do need to control light in the room you will be using it in. The projected image looks amazing in a dark room but is still quite acceptable in a dimly lit room ( the lighting should definitely be behind or beside your screen though, not overhead as this will completely wash out the projected image). We have ours hooked up to a sony home theater receiver via an optical audio cable for digital surround sound and this works great for our mini-home theater in the "man cave". You will definitely need to run the audio out to either a receiver or even computer speakers because the onboard speaker is barely audible. Overall I am extremely pleased with this amazing little piece of technology. Not to mention the entire projector only cost a bit more than the replacement lamp on my previous projector!

this little projector is amazing for its price and it dose true 720p . i use it for watching movies (blu rays look great on it) , watching sports and pc gaming (mosty). i know poeple will say it not the best comparing it to larger and more expensive 720p projector but you can not go wrong with this baby .

I was so excited to get this projector, but I'm on my second one thus far, and needless to say, I'm not happy at all. The first qumi I received worked great..... for one day. After that, it didn't matter what device I plugged into it (blurry player, iPad, iPhone, xbox), or in what order I plugged the devices in, or in what order I turned on the devices/qumi, or which hdmi cable I used to do it (I purchased several and tried them on to no avail), I repeatedly and consistenly received the "No Source Found" message. Needless to say, I wasn't pleased, so I sent the unit back and requested a replacement from Amazon (who has been nothing but great throughout this horrific process btw). Guess what, I received the replacement in record time. Guess what, same hdmi handshake issues. These units are either not built well or Vivitek's quality control is abysmal. Bad customer service as well. There's got to be something better out there. Very dissapointed.

amazing little projector that has been clamped onto my camera tripod, and it just cant help but giving great Picture Quality, and i deduct a star for bad Audio quality, easily remedied by taking the Audio out from the Source rather than from the Projector. otherwise at 100-120 inches near perfect Screening quality, every time. yes there is a lag time of 5 minutes for warm up for best PQ, and you need to manually focus to get best results every time, but i like tinkering around with it anyways. the remote is spot on, and the HDMI port excellent, though i needed to get an extra long HDMI to mini HDMI cable, which can be a pain in the ass. but other than that,,,,projector for projector, whether its PS3, blu rays, or whatever you can throw at it, this little baby will crunch it up and spit out an image worthy of more expensive projectors,,,the size and form of this LED Proj. is unbelievable, and Texas Instruments have done a remarkable job in miniaturizing, and to buy this projector is to tap into the latest and best of LED DLP HD projector tech. enjoy!
